Well lets see.Hmmm ,since iam under 21 and live in the great country of California where the age of any thing starts at 21 and over I can only assume your asking this because you want to get stoned after your 21 st birthday or earlier ?????if you mix drugs of any kind it will bite you in the butt sooner or later...Also, your latest avatar is somewhat offensive...sorry if I seem alittle harsh but some of my E problems are stemed from over usage of drugs ty...;
Hi hon,
When my kids (the tons that I work with) ask me what triggers seizures I tell them pretty much EVERYTHING!
I genuinely believe this to be true. If you look at the typical triggers for a lot of people, lack or sleep, alcohol, stress, low blood sugar, dehydration etc. We have a thread going at the moment about HEAT being a trigger.
My pharmacist wouldn't sell me an over the counter antihistamine (hay fever med) for fear it would react with my meds.
There was also an awful YouTube vid doing the rounds of a young person with diagnosed epilepsy doing a hit on a bong and going into a full tonic clonic.
I would respectfully suggest to your friend that doing cannabis with epilepsy isn't worth it.
Keep safe.

Definitely shouldn't mix recreational drugs with prescription drugs, at least not without the prescribing doctor knowing about it. They're human, too, and if you point-blank you're going to try it, they may have some helpful advice. I don't condone use of drugs, but if you are going to try it, at least make sure you are in a safe place and not alone in the event you do have a seizure.
Well like I said before I told her about the drinking and she said that's a big no noHello Azusa
I understand what you're asking and I also know what it's like being under 21. I was in your shoes once, only without the epilepsy diagnosis.
For me, the 2 big T/Cs I had were within a 4 month span when I was 39 and came out of nowhere.
The 1st one came during a month I was smoking regularly. That 2nd one happened during a time I was obtaining so I don't think its a trigger for me. I occasionally partake still and haven't have any issues with this or alcohol, knock wood. I'm lucky and have no problems, however, it can certainly be a trigger for others. Just listen to your body. Like you, I certainly wouldn't tell my dr, it's illegal where I'm from.
I'm not condoning you breaking any laws nor am I condoning underage use.
Please be careful.
But for what it's worth, I think that the freedom of passing a test and being able to drive would be a far better legal 'high' than all the Mary Jane you could smoke.
