I had 2 seizures this Sunday.
The first was at about 7 am. I was in the bed at the time of the seizure and I was shaking during it but I don't know how bad because my husband can't see the bed from where he was sitting. He said that the cat flew off the bed when I'd had it so I have a feeling I was having a good shake. When he went in to see what was going on he said he tried to get me to get back in bed but I wouldn't listen to anything that he was telling me, I knew what I wanted to do and that's what I was going to do, this is sometimes a normal thing I do during a seizure. After I came out of the seizure I took my meds just like a normal day, 7am is med time for me, I didn't know I had it until my husband told me when I came out into the living room.
When I went into the bathroom I saw that my pj bottoms were wet. The bed wasn't wet but I was also having the seizure while I was standing. I don't know if I could have spilled something on them when I had taken my meds in the bedroom or not?
The second was in the afternoon while I was laying on the couch. I had pretty much the same type of seizure. He said I was shaking or more of a fast muscle flex back and forth. I was also grinding my teeth and I'd chewed the inside of my mouth during it. When I came out of the seizure, which I didn't know I had until he told me, I went into the bathroom and the pants I had on were wet. The couch was hardly wet at all, barely nothing there. Again I don't know if it's possible if I'd split something on myself. I could have drank something during the seizure, I like to do things during my seizures.
I've never lost my bladder before during a seizure and I've had epilepsy for over 10 years, could I be now? I don't think I've ever chewed my mouth during a seizure either.
