I know I am in need to get a sleep study done because a good chunk of my problems are noticed in the morning. However I am not able to get a sleep study done probably anytime soon.

I've posted a thread similar to this one before but wondered if anyone had experiences similar to this and could give me some insight (undiagnosed)

There's been an increase in night issues for a long while now but it really started to pick around January/February of this year.

In I believe January there was a time I had woke up in the middle of the night and just lied there for about 2 minutes feeling 'weird'. Then I felt like something was pushing me off my bed for about 10 seconds? It was uncontrolled and totally wiped me out afterwards only to have the same thing happen again 5 minutes later.

Then there was this one time back in I think February or March this year where I woke up in the middle of the night and was extremely confused. It's harder to remember now but I remember just lying there staring up at the ceiling for what felt like 2 hours feeling unable to move.

There's been a couple of times within the last month where when trying to get to sleep I suddenly twitch/jerk my arms and legs for a few seconds. It freaked me out because I had never had anything like it. Before it happened my arm was twitching every now and then but didn't think much of it.

And just overall I wake up tired all the time. And there's nights especially lately where I keep waking up or feeling like I've been awake the whole night (I am awake). And when I wake up I'm sometimes confused or still in a 'dream state' and just overall groggy. It can take hours to come out of.

Has anyone had any experiences like these? Any suggestions?
