i've asked before about my episodes of anxiety. I am now 100% positive they are simple partials.
However, something "new" happened last night.
A few months ago my husband complained of sexual behaviour in my sleep around 1pm. My GP double my clonazepam to compensate for poor sleep and that was that.
We have been lowering the clonazepam though because it does make me too tired to function, really. And now that i am back down to 0.5mg per night, i'm doing things in my sleep again (or having sz?)
Last night after what i remember to be a severe bout of vertigo (!!) i was apparently patting down my husband's body length "looking for the edge of the bed" because i was convinced i was going to fall off.
wtf, brain? is that a sz or a dream thing?
edited: i am keeping a diary, and no patterns are jumping out at me. whatever's going on in the day (the weird anxiety things for up to 20 seconds, the muscle jerkings and the bad head/suddenly sleepy things) is not food, blood sugar, blood pressure, actual situational anxiety, heart related, or anything else :/ except that if memory serves, a lot of these "simple partials" happened when i was walking. Not all, but many.
