simple partial nocturnal seizures?

I often during wakeup at night/morning have numbness/weakness in my left bodypart. Mostly my left arm, but sometimes my whole left side included my left eyelid. I was born with a dysfunchtion in my right temporal lobe. Can it be nocturnal simple partial epilepsy? I have No pinched nerves when this sensations are going on, and the are only some seconds.

I wake frequently t my regular time to partial seizures, also affecting the left side of my body, from a stroke on the right side of my brain. When it happens I have no idea how long the seizures have lasted.
