I'm not really sure what amnesia is specifically. I find that it seems like my sleep patterns are out of sync. I'm not sure how accurate fitness trackers are when they track your sleep. Me Fitbit shows that I am up a few times through the night and my sleep is very restless.
I am going to a sleep apnea clinic that I was referred to be my family doctor when I told her inconsistent/poor sleep patterns.
