I fell asleepp at my computer last night.

I was watching a video a friend sent me about life on the international spacestation. I feel bad really, she went to all that effort and I'm asleep!

Up at 12:34 with really numb handsm and properly in bed by 1

Up at 2, so not the best night's sleep.. when I got up at 2 I just left it

I'm going to be exhausted today, but I'm sort of okay with it.. I mean yesterday was one of the best days in a while so I'm not going to complain.
 
Up again tonight for zero reason. This is two nights in a row. I wasn’t particularly tired during the day either. That always worries me a little.
See what time I get motivated tomorrow.
I’m watching the Jets play the Bills. As a Patriots fan I’m rooting for the Jets. Which is difficult. 😆

I dreamed that someone who I don't like turned in to a grizzly bear and started chasing me through the streets

I slept for about 3 hours before waking up at 1 A.M screaming about the bear.

Never went back to bed after that. I don't feel tired today though
 
I fell yesterday

Spent the night with a bad stomach/ bad neck. I don't think I slept much, though I must of done because the night didn't seem as long as it would have been if I didn't

feel a little unwell today and unable to eat much. My neck I think, it's playing up a lot.
 
Yesterday I had a dream I was diabetic

Thank goodness I woke up from it and it was just a dream.. I couldn't live like that. I couldn't
 
Can't sleep; sitting up watching Netflix. I hate nights like this.
 
Cough woke me at around 3a. This has become the 'new regular' for me. Then I take am meds at 5a, feed Moose, watch Netflix or whichever, take noon meds on time, and soon after I sleep until the cough awakens me usually around 5p. Eat, feed Moose, and stay up as long as I can, take pm meds and hit the sack around ten or eleven pm, wake up around 1 to 3a, coughing. Gotta love it. Sigh.
 
I got a decent amount of sleep yesterday.

I started falling asleep in my computer chair, and then when it got to the part where I couldn't keep my eyes open, I moved in to bed and went straight to sleep.

Can't say I was much a fan of the dream (some weird guy chopping my fingers off)

But I slept until around 4:20 which isn't bad for me really
 
Ended up having a bit of an early night yesterday

I didn't mean too, I went to lie down because I had a stomach ache, and just fell asleep

Then woke up at 10:35 PM wondering why I had my clothes on lying sideways on the bed. lol

Went back to sleep though after I had a smoothie to drink
 
Hopefully you got some sleep. I was sleeping in 3 - 4 hour shifts last night. Had a few quality hours on the basement couch. 😞
 
Went to the Pulmonary Dude yesterday; the COPD group kept asking me "What 'Stage' are you?" and I'd no idea, so I asked him and was given a pamphlet listing the four stages and their symptoms, and he told me "Three, working well into four". I looked at "3" and told him that I don't have (who remembers, a couple) of the things listed there, and he said quite patiently, "No but you DO have (who remembers, three or more) several from Stage Two and ALL of Stage One, if you'll look them over, so yes Doctor, you're in Stage Three".
Sigh.

Every few hours of sleep I get, I feel like a thief. I wake up telling myself things like "YEAH! Got away with four hours this time! Take THAT!! hahaha!!!" like I'm stealing sleep rather than GETTING sleep. I fall asleep like a narcoleptic (I assume; I don't pretend to understand narcolepsy) just sitting in this chair, which is VERY comfy by the way, while watching a streaming show and having to backtrack to see what I had obviously missed then doing the math... "HA! Two hours! Yeah!!" and it's the coughing that always, always awakens me.
Welcome to my 'new normal'. (cough, cough)
 
I am not sure what woke me up at 1:30 A.M. I mean, I am, it's happened before, it's just not got a name yet..
 
I was up at 3:00 am for no reason. Fell back to sleep after a half hour of TV. Then the alarm went off at 6:00. Took 2 long deep sleep “naps” today. Not sure if I had seizure activity. It’s possible.
I have that feeling the wires in my brain are reconnecting. The technical term would be postictal I suppose 😏

I used to take the remote control to bed with me, then if I woke up in the night I didn't have to move. I just turned it on

Ah... having a tv in your own room is great!
 
I am worn out from cluster seizures.

I am hoping that, now it's gone, I can catch up on my sleep (so tired and my brain's not been playing ball with me for days)

but I'm all hot and bothered now. I may have to get in the shower (which is going to wake me up even more!)
 
I had a better night last night

Woke up a few times, but was able to go back to sleep

When I finally woke up at 7:00 A.M, struggled a little with throwing up (but I think that's just because it's hot in my room.)
 
I have had two peaceful nights in a row, which, believe it or not, is a bit of a record when it comes to my sleep

Hoping for a third tonight. it makes so much of a difference..
 
My streak is broken (my streak of good nights this is)

When I got in to bed last night, I could tell something was wrong- and my hod how right I was

Seizure, bad dream, and then confusion over what day it was and what time it was. I stood in the bathroom and it was light (and it was still dark). It was so weird
 
my body isn't letting me sleep tonight.

I know why, earlier I was trying to order something online and it wasn't working and I worked myself up in to a state about it. Not only did I type in my password wrong (twice!), but I somehow couldn't get through the checkout. I don't think my mind's quite calmed down about it

It's almost 2 A.M, might try again but I'm honestly not even tired
 
Finally had a bit of success yesterday (on the sleeping front)

I only managed an hour's sleep in the entire night, but that's better than nothing, right?

I stil woke up this morning struggling with tiredness
