My GP told me last year that he wanted me to lose weight as he was concerned about my weight & cholestoral. I was classed as overweight & cholestoral reading was high so he sent me to a dietician. I started of at 96kg (211 lb) in February last year, my goal weight was 75 kg (165 lb) but I passed that & am now approx 67kg (147 lb). I did it all from watching what I eat & walking, lots of walking lol.

Nope, don't go to the gym. Don't get the time plus I walk every where, where I work is in an area where there is no buses so i walk there & it takes me 1 hour each way. It actually doesn't feel that long when you do it every day twice a day lmao.

TPBM should be doing other things instead of playing on here
