My GP told me last year that he wanted me to lose weight as he was concerned about my weight & cholestoral. I was classed as overweight & cholestoral reading was high so he sent me to a dietician. I started of at 96kg (211 lb) in February last year, my goal weight was 75 kg (165 lb) but I passed that & am now approx 67kg (147 lb). I did it all from watching what I eat & walking, lots of walking lol.Let's see 285 to 315 to 290 now down to 240lbs. I'd like to get down to around 225.![]()
Nope, don't go to the gym. Don't get the time plus I walk every where, where I work is in an area where there is no buses so i walk there & it takes me 1 hour each way. It actually doesn't feel that long when you do it every day twice a day lmao.TPBM - hates going to the gym, but goes.
That's so funny because both of my cats have to sit outside the door and cry when I'm in there! Maybe they're telling me that I did a wee wee? :roflmao:No, but I wonder why I have to be followed to the bathroom, by both the dog and the toddler. Toddler likes to then proclaim loudly "Mummy did a wee wee! Yay! Good job Mummy"
TPBM hates doing the dishes.
