Someone flipped the switch here on the west coast, and we are in full summer mode. Mid 20s (C) for the last couple weeks now, and no rain! However, "Junuary" is just around the corner now...

The temp has been a rollercoaster ride here recently, but it seems like it's finally heading in the right direction. After one more slightly cooler than average day tomorrow, the temps will be at or above normal for at least 10-12 days.

Right now it's getting really dark outside and we are supposed to get hit with severe t-storms and 60 mph winds.
I hope the neighbors pine tree doesn't land on our roof.

Right now in NY and part of PA we are on alert starting Tuesday through Wednesday for severe t-storms,
tornadoes, hail, damaging winds, and heavy rain. Lets hope everyone will be okay.

Waiting for some rain where I'm at. Drought conditions need some relief.

Were the same.

I dont think we are at drought yet but we do need rain.

Were in Autumn now so woukd be nice to have a nice steady wet autumn / winter for the farmers.

We got a little bit of rain this morning. Huzzah!

In the 60’s today. I definitely had some brain activity last night.
30 degree temperature changes, are a pattern. 😖
My recovery is still WAY better than in the past. So I’m just taking it easy today.

The weather has FINALLY warmed up for the rest of the season. Today it's slightly cooler, in the lower 70s, but it will warm up again starting tomorrow.

Yup, Vancouver! Well, Vancouver area anyway. Welcome to the site!

It keeps trying to rain here lately, but nothing really seems to happen! Plenty of nice weather these days, can't really complain about that I guess.

It's going to be nice/pretty warm here most of this week. We aren't expecting rain until Friday night/Saturday morning. The timing stinks a bit, but we need it.

Today (Wed.) it's 85 degrees here and it's going to be nice until the weekend then the rain will start coming down.
I've had to water my plants it's been so dry here this week.

It was sunny & in the mid-80s earlier today--it just started to rain.
I'm kind of looking forward to getting some because my husband & planted more flowers--a rabbit "attacked" MANY of the ones we planted earlier--it ate them to the ground!

It was 103 degrees here on Thursday and on Friday it was 90 but thank goodness we finally got rain
we got over an inch of rain but you couldn't tell it was so dry outside.

The storms we had over the past few days (Wed., Thurs.) were REALLY bad. There were 80mph+ straight line winds in our area. Areas of the shingles from our home's roof were blown off. To make matters WORSE, when it was pouring Thursday night, the front bay window in our living room began to leak--FROM ACROSS THE TOP OF THE WHOLE THING!
OUR area's power only went out for about 5 minutes. Some areas that lost power Wednesday will get it back today!

... 90, so a bit cooler than yesterday, but wind gusts about 35 mph. Nice and sunny though,
