Wow, I seen an Amherst OH and NH. Im actually from Amherst NY, right outside of Buffalo. How cool.

Ok, there are a lot more Amhersts than I knew about. I only know of Amherst, MA which I think is where UMASS is...

I'm from a small town about an hour south of Nashville, TN. My family has lived in this area since the late 1700's. My great grandfather fought in the Civil War...that would be many more generations for most. My family tends to marry and start a family later than most. Our roots run VERY deep.

That's awesome. My family has only been in this country for 3-5 generations on all sides. lol. A great-grandfather came from Italy, his wife's parents came from Italy, a great-grandmother on my mom's side came from Ireland, a great- or great-great grandparents on my mom's side came from Sweden, my great-great grandmother on my dad's side came from Canada (I traced them back to France in 1720. I love ancestry.com!)
I'm kind of a European mutt, if you will. haha :roflmao:

Yeah Canada! I'm in the predictable and overpopulated southern Ontario GTA area. A little bit of a rural spot though but close enough to people.

I was adopted from Cleavland,Ohio then military need is to to go Washington. Then my dad and mom retared in Idaho.
Then I got married and live in California with my husband.

Rhode Island, and no it is not part of New York, or off the coast of new york. IT IS the Coast. You'd be amazed how many people dont think RI exists...

LOL Really? They get Rhode Island and Long Island mixed up? Haha. I live in Connecticut, so as a state that borders both Rhode Island and New York, and is across the sound from Long Island, I find this funny.

Wow, you live on an island!! LOL, just kidding! I am from RI also, and along with the people asking me if that was in New York, they also thought it was an island. (Although, I did grow up on an island...)

Some people even think RI is the Atlantic Ocean version of Hawaii. A friend of mine was visiting New Mexico, and she said that all the people greated her like she was an alien (ie: Rhode Island?? what brings you to the United States?). It's very sad that we're so small we're practically non-existant.

Are any of you New Englanders going to do the walk for epilepsy in Bean Town this May?

I'm from the great state of Mass. Don't tell Newt, he'll accuse me of being a Massachusetts moderate.

It's May 19th. The walk is along the Charles. I didn't know about it until I saw a flyer the last time I was at the Neuro's. I'm going to wrangle together a group of family and friends and check it out.

I can't post links let so just run a google search for "first giving Boston Walk for Epilepsy"
