hi guys and gals,
I've been struggling to find an online support group.
my epilepsy takes a break then rears it's extremely ugly head.
just want to chat with folks who truly do get it.
Does anybody else find this? Apparently I say weird things when I'm postictal and people ALWAYS take it seriously, like, I had a seizure at work and apparently when I 'came round' I was saying 'I haven't had a seizure' so the nurse (I worked in a nursing home) was like 'what on earth was you...
I found this useful link, has many different videos explaining many different kinds of seizures. Thought this might be helpful for new people who don't understand or maybe who want to know what seizures they might have if not sure.

Hi
I'm new to this forum. I was diagnosed with epilepsy at 15. I just wanted to talk with someone like me-someone who understands what it's like to live with epilepsy. How do others cope with this? I'd like some support. Thanks
Hey, I'm new to this forum and just thought joining would give me an outlet to vent and get to grips with things.....
i guess everyone on here knows that epilepsy is just something you have a part of you but it doesn't make who you are...why is it some people dont understand this and i end up...
