I don't really have much of a desire to visit the States either, though that probably has something to doo with my fear of flying, not so much seeing the world (I love how I've lived all these years and not really seen much of it. it kind of sucks). What a waste, and I will say this now, tomorrow, and in a year's time

Have you ever met someone involved in the first or second world war?

I once met A war veteran in the hospital, and it was so interesting all he had to say. His openness to talking about the war and his personal experiences was really good to see
 
I had 4 uncles that served in WWII. A couple of them would talk some. The one who was in the most serious fighting in Europe never talked about it. Have been told he was in France not long after D-Day and was also at the Battle of the Bulge. Had to be so overwhelming for a young man from the midwest.

Have you ever played a musical instrument?
 
No, but I do recall attempting to learn how to play the flute when I was in third grade. (I quit in a month)

Have you ever done hand embroidery? I enjoy counted cross stitch. I only like the stamped things that involve different stitches.

Have you ever completely forgotten your log in details for a website and needed help from the support to recover them?. (I am always forgetting my passwords, despite most times if possible using a password relating to the site I am on)
 
Have you grown vegetables? My husband & I do every year--tomatoes, okra. zucchini, hot peppers.
 
Yes we grow vegetables. My dog loves the fresh dirt before we plant.
Have you ever sold something on eBay?
 
As much as i've thought about it (loads of times!), I've not actually done it

Have you ever listened to any music by the band queen
 
I know who they are, but I don't know their music (couldn't name a track)

Have you ever tried to explain your epilepsy to someone (or part of it), and then they turn round to you and completely shut you down saying something like " who cares?"
 
When I was in the care of my mother, it's really hard to think of something that wasn't broken, honestly. She took great pleasure in throwing me and pushing me until it all went crack.

Have you ever wanted something more than anything, but know (for what ever reason), you can't have it?

I was with a group that made the Worlds Largest Pumpkin Pie. It was certified by Guinness.
20 feet across. 3699 pounds. Was an awesome feat. You can find it out on the internet.
Served it to hundreds of people. It tasted great.

I absolutely have. my issue is that once I start I can't stop, so I have occasionally made myself sick from too much of it.
Have you ever listened to a song, and thought the lyrics were different to what they actually are?. (I am always miss hearing lyrics)
 
Many times. One I always remember from the song Me and My Uncle is:
Correct lyric: it being summer, I took off my shirt.
My lyric: Indian summer I took off my shirt.
I’m guessing most people don’t even know what Indian summer means. 🙃

Have you ever pressed stop on the microwave just as 0:00 is about to hit. Like you’re defusing a bomb on TV?
 
Yes, I've done that.
Have you ever "binge watched" any show?
I have some internet-connected tv stations that I leave on while sewing, if that counts
 
Oh yes, my fav binge was Justified.

Have you ever run out of toilet paper when you really need it? 🤔
