It was in the 50's here earlier this week but starting Friday snow sleet and freezing rain right through the
weekend.

It's warmed up a good bit here on the coast. Feels like Spring weather lately - highs in the upper 70s.

It's windy today and we got about 4 inches of snow from the blizzard that hit the east coast but they say we may
get hit again come Wed and Thurs. I just hope they are wrong.

The blizzard they're experiencing on the East Coast reminds me of the ones I saw in South Dakota & all the snowfall in Superior, WI. My family was driving to Chicago during Blizzard of 1979--my dad had to follow a semi-truck, driving in its tracks!

Definitely needed my snowblower for this storm. I took a long nap in the afternoon. Went out after dark and got everything done.
I kept the wood stove going all day.

End of sunmer here but still warm.
Autumn starts on 1st of March which will be a nuce relief

This morning it was so foggy that there was a dense fog advisory--visibility was 1/8 of a mile in some areas! It will be RIDICULOUSLY warm for this time of year--around 70 degrees at least twice this week.
Now that our trip to Pakistan is OFF, I'm going to get my vegetable seeds started soon.
